Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping above Rs.10,000 within India for all our products, for the rest a Rs. 300 delivery charge is applied.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver with DELHI NCR only, we are working on being available across India very soon!
Delivery Lead Times
We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
- Metro cities - purchases will be received within 4-5 working days* from the time order is placed.
- Non Metro cities - purchases will be received within 5-8 working days* from the time order is placed.
*Delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions etc, about which you will be informed through email.
Documents required for Shipping
For certain orders we won't be able to ship the order as we require certain documents/declaration from you as this is a mandatory requirement by the government. Orders will be shipped as soon as the required documents will be sent to us. Our customer care representative would get in touch with you for the same.
Track Your Order
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email with your tracking number. To view the progress of your package please visit
the relevant shipper's tracking page as indicated by us.
