A. No, You do not need to have any account with us for placing an order, you can checkout as aguest.
Q. How can I place an order?
A. To place an order, you are required to follow the below steps:
- Choose the product you wish to buy.
- Select the quantity you wish to buy.
- Click on ‘ADD TO CART’.
- Fill the information required to complete the delivery process.
- Submit your order.

Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. Currently we deliver only within Delhi NCR, and we offer free shipping on all our products priced at or above Rs. 5000/-. All other products are shipped at a nominal cost as per actual.
Q. Within what time, would I receive my order?
A. For all deliveries in Delhi/NCR the standard time frame for you to receive your order is 3-5 business days.
Q. Do you provide any express delivery? If Yes, what is the time frame of order delivery? What is the charge?
A. We provide express delivery in Delhi/NCR. Time frame of delivery is 1-2 business days. For any express delivery order, Contact us at 9971298698. Express delivery would be charged additionally at Rs.300/- per order.
Q. What forms of payment can I use?
A. Currently, we accept Debit & Credit card payments only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.Additionally you can use your Citrus wallet for payments.
Q. Can I get my product exchanged?
A. Yes, however the request for return must be communicated within 24 hours of Delivery of your product. Please do go through our Return and exchange policy for the details.
Q. Do you provide installation services?
